02 August 2011Dairy Crest Announces Two Year Support Program for British Heart Foundation
Dairy Crest is delighted to announce that it will be supporting the UK’s leading heart charity, The British Heart Foundation. The British Heart Foundation help support the 2.7 million people living with heart disease in the UK. The Dairy Crest fleet of 2,500 drivers and milkmen who deliver milk and chilled products to over 30,000 businesses and more than a million homes in England and Wales everyday, will spearhead the activity. Dairy Crest aims to raise at least £500,000 during the life of the partnership, which will run for an initial period of two years.
Celine Gomez, head of account management at the BHF said, “We are working together to raise vital funds for our life-saving work. We are excited about the upcoming events and the participation from the Dairy Crest depots. We will be there to support the fundraising every step of the way.”
